Proven Leadership

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tim Jeffries is the founder and driving force of P7 Enterprises.  Jeffries has approximately three decades of experience in the global economy, including 20 years of executive experience as a high performance leader.  Jeffries has worked at large and small companies; public and private companies; hardware, software and services companies as a senior executive responsible for all facets of daily operating performance: company leadership, strategic planning, global sales, marketing, communications, operations, engineering and administration.

Jeffries is an accomplished, values-based leader able to bring urgency and results to performance-focused organizations and people in diverse industries.  He is an inspirational leader with a tireless work ethic and commitment to others.  His professional and personal accomplishments are numerous.  The business and life lessons he has learned are countless.  He has traveled extensively throughout the world for business, education and leisure.

In addition to leading P7 Enterprises, Jeffries serves on the boards of directors of several corporations and non-profit organizations.  In the early 1990's, Jeffries was elected to the City Council in Santa Clara, California, in the heart of the Silicon Valley.  He earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Santa Clara University.  Jeffries also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Global Executive Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
